Q. What is the difference between normal exercise and water exercise therapy?

A. Water exercise therapy individuals to exercise muscles and joints in a low or zero gravity environment, meaning the muscles and joints don’t have to support you at the same time. It promotes normal range of motion, increased circulation, strengthening, stretching, traction, and endurance. It’s also very hard to hurt yourself in the pool. Just be careful getting in and out of the water.
