Dr. Biscup performed micro-surgery on my spine in August of 2007. My decision to use Dr. Biscup was based on several factors. I consulted other surgeons who perform traditional spinal stenosis surgery. The surgery was explained to me as cutting away a piece of my spine, cleaning out the problem area, and refitting the cut out part with screws. This entailed a recovery period of several months as well as wearing a back brace, while the spine healed.

Dr. Biscup’s microsurgical procedure, on the other hand, involved a 2 inch long incision, instantaneous relief and a recovery period of only a few weeks. After working with Dr. Biscup and his talented team I can recommend them without reservations.
