Starting with diagnosis and following through to treatment and surgery, each patient is managed by Dr. Biscup himself. It’s important to Dr. Biscup and our entire team that we not only provide the best concierge spinal care but the best aftercare as well.

Although we’re located in Florida, we see patients from all over the United States and other countries as well. Many of our patients have also seen other doctors and are coming to or have been referred to Dr. Biscup for a second opinion. Dr. Biscup treats many patients referred to him because they failed to get relief from prior spine surgery.

Dr. Biscup is a pioneer in major reconstructive, previously failed, and minimally invasive lumbar spine surgery, including laser microsurgery and micro-decompression laminoplasty. However, he is also highly conservative when determining whether or not a patient is a candidate for surgery. Dr. Biscup carefully assesses each patient’s unique condition and explores non-invasive treatments before resorting to surgery.

What is Concierge Spine Surgery?

Providing concierge spinal care means that the Biscup Spine team, and Dr. Biscup himself, will be with you from the beginning of your treatment with us all the way to the end. We’ll be here for anything and everything you may need during this process.

This starts with your hour-long consultation with Dr. Biscup, where he’ll personally review all your diagnostic images such as X-rays, MRIs, and CAT scans. During this consultation, you and Dr. Biscup will discuss your history and condition to determine whether you’re an optimal candidate for spine surgery.

Everything you need to know about your surgery and recovery period will also be explained to you prior to your treatment. We want you to feel confident and ready for your procedure, so we spend as much time with you as you need to get all your questions answered to your satisfaction.

The Biscup Spine office assists all of our patients in making travel arrangements and with hotel accommodations for both the post- and pre-operative periods. Our goal is to make your recovery in South Florida as comfortable and pleasant as possible for you and your family. We’ll work with you to take your requests and needs into consideration when making these arrangements so we can tailor your trip to you.

Biscup Spine does not accept Medicare or any private pay insurances. However, we do submit patients’ insurance to any facility or imaging center on behalf of our patients so they may obtain authorizations. In addition to this, while we do not accept Medicare, some of our patients have Medicare, and if this is the case for you, we can still help. Please contact our office to discuss your options.
